Stat. tit. 10, § 10-7510-2.2","heading":"Photograph and description of child to be provided to","body":"exchange.\n\nPursuant to the provisions of Section 60.31 of this title, the\n\nDepartment of Human Services and all child-placing agencies shall be\n\nrequired to provide to the Oklahoma Children's Adoption Resource\n\nExchange or any other instate, out-of-state or national adoption\n\nexchange specified by the Department, a recent photograph and\n\ndescription of each child who is legally available for adoption and\n\nfor whom no adoptive home has been found.
