The Uniform Parentage Act applies to determination of\n\nparentage in this state.\n\nB. The court shall apply the law of this state to adjudicate\n\nthe parent-child relationship. The applicable law does not depend\n\non:\n\n1. The place of birth of the child; or\n\n2. The past or present residence of the child.\n\nC. The Uniform Parentage Act does not create, enlarge, or\n\ndiminish parental rights or duties under other laws of this state.\n\nD.
