Stat. tit. 10, § 10-7700-303","heading":"Denial of paternity - Validity","body":"A presumed father may sign a denial of his paternity. The\n\ndenial is valid only if:\n\n1. An acknowledgment of paternity signed, or otherwise\n\nauthenticated, by another man is filed pursuant to Section 20 of\n\nthis act;\n\n2. The denial is in a record, and is signed, or otherwise\n\nauthenticated, under penalty of perjury;\n\n3. The presumed father has not previously:\n\na. acknowledged his paternity, unless the previous\n\nacknowledgment has been rescinded pursuant to Section\n\n15 of this act or successfully challenged pursuant to\n\nSection 16 of this act, or\n\nb. been adjudicated to be the father of the child; and\n\n4.
