A signatory may sign a rescission of acknowledgment of\n\npaternity or sign a rescission of denial of paternity before the\n\nearlier of:\n\n1. Sixty (60) days after the effective date of the\n\nacknowledgment; or\n\n2. The date of the first hearing, in a proceeding to which the\n\nsignatory is a party, before a court to adjudicate an issue relating\n\nto the child, including a proceeding that establishes support.\n\nB.
