After the period for rescission under Section 7700-307 of\n\nthis title has expired, a signatory of an acknowledgment of\n\npaternity may commence a proceeding to challenge the acknowledgment\n\nonly:\n\n1. On the basis of duress or material mistake of fact within\n\ntwo (2) years after the acknowledgment is executed; or\n\n2. On the basis of fraud at any time in accordance with\n\nsubsection D of Section 7700-607 of this title.\n\nB. After the period for rescission under Section 7700-307 of\n\nthis title has expired, a signatory of a denial of paternity may\n\ncommence a proceeding to challenge the denial only:\n\n1. On the basis of fraud, duress or material mistake of fact;\n\nand\n\n2. Within two (2) years after the denial is executed.\n\nC.
