Stat. tit. 10, § 10-7700-309","heading":"Proceeding to challenge acknowledgment or denial –","body":"Procedure.\n\nA. Every signatory to an acknowledgment of paternity and any\n\nrelated denial of paternity shall be made a party to a proceeding to\n\nchallenge the acknowledgment or denial.\n\nB. For the purpose of challenging an acknowledgment of\n\npaternity or a denial of paternity, a signatory submits to personal\n\njurisdiction of this state by signing the acknowledgment or denial.\n\nC. Except for good cause shown, during the pendency of a\n\nproceeding to challenge an acknowledgment of paternity or denial of\n\npaternity, the court shall not suspend the legal responsibilities of\n\na signatory arising from the acknowledgment, including the duty to\n\npay child support.\n\nD. A proceeding to challenge an acknowledgment of paternity or\n\ndenial of paternity shall be conducted in the same manner as a\n\nproceeding to adjudicate parentage under Article 6 of the Uniform\n\nParentage Act.\n\nE.
