Under the Uniform Parentage Act, a man is rebuttably\n\nidentified as the father of a child if the genetic testing complies\n\nwith this Article and the results disclose that the man has:\n\n1. At least a ninety-nine-percent probability of paternity,\n\nusing a prior probability of 0.50, as calculated by using the\n\ncombined paternity index obtained in the testing; and\n\n2. A combined paternity index of at least 100 to 1.\n\nB. A man identified under subsection A of this section as the\n\nfather of the child may rebut the genetic testing results only by\n\nother genetic testing satisfying the requirements of this Article\n\nwhich:\n\n1. Excludes the man as a genetic father of the child; or\n\n2. Identifies another man as the possible father of the child.\n\nC.
