Subject to assessment of costs under Article 6 of the\n\nUniform Parentage Act, the cost of initial genetic testing shall be\n\nadvanced by the Department of Human Services in a proceeding in\n\nwhich the Department is providing services.\n\nB. In cases in which the Department of Human Services is not\n\nproviding services, the cost of initial genetic testing shall be\n\nadvanced:\n\n1. By the individual who made the request;\n\n2. As agreed by the parties; or\n\n3. As ordered by the court.\n\nC.
