Subject to subsection B of this section, if a genetic-\n\ntesting specimen is not available from a man who may be the father\n\nof a child, for good cause and under circumstances the court\n\nconsiders to be just, the court may order the following individuals\n\nto submit specimens for genetic testing:\n\n1. The parents of the man;\n\n2. Brothers and sisters of the man;\n\n3. Other children of the man and their mothers;\n\n4. Other relatives of the man necessary to complete genetic\n\ntesting; and\n\n5. Any other custodians of genetic material.\n\nB.
