An order for genetic testing is enforceable by contempt.\n\nB. If an individual whose paternity is being determined\n\ndeclines to submit to genetic testing ordered by the court, the\n\ncourt for that reason may adjudicate parentage contrary to the\n\nposition of that individual.\n\nC. If a defendant fails to answer, or to appear for hearing or\n\ngenetic testing after being ordered to appear, and all other duly\n\nserved defendants have been excluded as possible fathers by genetic\n\ntesting, the court shall enter an order establishing the defendant\n\nwho failed to answer or appear as the father.\n\nD. Genetic testing of the mother of a child is not a condition\n\nprecedent to testing the child and a man whose paternity is being\n\ndetermined.
