Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this\n\nsection, a determination of parentage is binding on:\n\n1. All signatories to an acknowledgment or denial of paternity\n\nas provided in Article 3 of the Uniform Parentage Act; and\n\n2. All parties to an adjudication by a court acting under\n\ncircumstances that satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of\n\nSection 601-201 of Title 43 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. A child is not bound by a determination of parentage under\n\nthe Uniform Parentage Act unless:\n\n1. The determination was based on an unrescinded acknowledgment\n\nof paternity and the acknowledgment is consistent with the results\n\nof genetic testing;\n\n2. The adjudication of parentage was based on a finding\n\nconsistent with the results of genetic testing and the consistency\n\nis declared in the determination or is otherwise shown; or\n\n3. The child was a party or was represented in the proceeding\n\ndetermining parentage by an attorney or guardian ad litem.\n\nC. In a proceeding to dissolve a marriage, the court is deemed\n\nto have made an adjudication of the parentage of a child if the\n\ncourt acts under circumstances that satisfy the jurisdictional\n\nrequirements of Section 601-201 of Title 43 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nand the final order:\n\n1. Expressly identifies a child as a “child of the marriage”,\n\n“issue of the marriage”, or similar words indicating that the\n\nhusband is the father of the child; or\n\n2. Provides for support of the child by the husband unless\n\npaternity is specifically disclaimed in the order.\n\nD. Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this\n\nsection, a determination of parentage may be a defense in a\n\nsubsequent proceeding seeking to adjudicate parentage by an\n\nindividual who was not a party to the earlier proceeding.\n\nE.
