Any person who, in good faith and exercising due care,\n\nreports suspected child abuse or neglect, or who allows access to a\n\nchild by persons authorized to investigate a report concerning the\n\nchild shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal,\n\nthat might otherwise be incurred or imposed. Any such participant\n\nshall have the same immunity with respect to participation in any\n\njudicial proceeding resulting from such report.\n\nB. For purposes of any proceeding, civil or criminal, the good\n\nfaith of any person in making a report pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 1-2-101 of this title shall be presumed.\n\nC.
