The Department of Human Services may provide information to\n\na person or agency that provides professional services such as\n\nmedical examination of or therapeutic intervention with a victim of\n\nabuse or neglect. This information may include, but is not limited\n\nto:\n\n1. The investigative determination; or\n\n2. The services offered and provided.\n\nB. The Department shall forward to any hospital or any\n\nphysician, including, but not limited to, doctors of medicine and\n\ndentistry, licensed osteopathic physicians, residents and interns,\n\nreporting the abuse or neglect of a child pursuant to Section 1-2-\n\n101 of this title, information including the investigative\n\ndetermination, the services offered or provided, and such other\n\ninformation deemed necessary by the Department.
