There is hereby established within the Department of Human\n\nServices an information system for the maintenance of all reports of\n\nchild abuse, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, and neglect made\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Children's Code.\n\nB. The Children and Family Services Division of the Department\n\nshall be responsible for maintaining a suitably cross-indexed system\n\nof all the reports.\n\nC. The records maintained shall contain, but shall not be\n\nlimited to:\n\n1. All information in the written report required by Section 1-\n\n2-101 of this title;\n\n2. A record of the final disposition of the report including\n\nservices offered and services accepted;\n\n3. The plan for rehabilitative treatment; and\n\n4. Any other relevant information.\n\nD. Data and information maintained and related to individual\n\ncases shall be confidential and shall be made available only as\n\nauthorized by state or federal law.\n\nE. The Commission for Human Services shall promulgate rules\n\ngoverning the availability of such data and information.\n\nF. Rules promulgated by the Commission shall encourage\n\ncooperation with other states in exchanging reports in order to\n\neffect a national registration system.\n\nG. No person shall allow the data and information maintained to\n\nbe released except as authorized by Chapter VI of the Oklahoma\n\nChildren's Code.\n\nH.
