Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-4-208","heading":"Standardized assessment for children taken into","body":"custody.\n\nA. Every child taken into custody by the Department of Human\n\nServices pursuant to the Oklahoma Children's Code shall be given a\n\nstandardized assessment within twenty-one (21) days of entering\n\ncustody, unless otherwise prescribed by the assessment.\n\nB. The assessment shall evaluate the physical, developmental,\n\nmedical, mental health and educational needs of the child and shall\n\nbe considered when developing placement and service plans for the\n\nchild.\n\nC. The assessment shall be updated by the Department at regular\n\nintervals while the child is in the custody of the Department to\n\nensure the needs of the child are being addressed and changes are\n\nbeing documented.\n\nD.
