Failure of a person summoned as provided in this part to\n\nrespond or appear without reasonable cause constitutes the person's\n\nconsent to an adjudication of the child to be deprived.\n\nB. If any person summoned as provided in this part fails to\n\nrespond or appear without reasonable cause, such person may be held\n\nin contempt of court.\n\nC.
