The provisions of the Oklahoma Discovery Code and the Rules\n\nfor District Courts of Oklahoma do not apply to juvenile proceedings\n\nexcept as provided by this section.\n\nB. The court may order the parties to exchange information that\n\nis not work product and not privileged, including:\n\n1. The assessment and investigation records of the Department\n\nof Human Services; provided, all information that identifies the\n\nreporter of alleged child abuse or neglect shall be redacted;\n\n2. Law enforcement reports;\n\n3. Any video or audio recording of an interview with the child\n\nalleged to be deprived;\n\n4. Any exhibit any party intends to introduce at trial; and\n\n5. The names of any witnesses any party may call and a synopsis\n\nof the expected testimony.\n\nC. The court may in its discretion enter a scheduling order,\n\norder mediation, and conduct status and settlement conferences as\n\nneeded during deprived proceedings.\n\nD. All information produced, exchanged, or used during the\n\npendency of the deprived action is confidential and shall be subject\n\nto a protective order.
