At any stage of the proceedings, the court may order, or the\n\nparties may voluntarily participate in an alternative dispute\n\nresolution process which may include:\n\n1. Family group conferencing;\n\n2. Mediation; or\n\n3. A settlement conference.\n\nB. If a court orders an alternative dispute resolution process,\n\na party who does not wish to participate may file a motion objecting\n\nto the order.
