Upon notice to the parent or other person legally obligated\n\nto support the child and upon an opportunity to be heard and a\n\nfinding of financial ability to pay, the court may order the parent\n\nor other person to:\n\n1. Reimburse the Department of Human Services, in whole or in\n\npart, for any costs and expenses incurred by the Department in\n\nproviding any services or authorizing actions taken pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Children's Code for the child including, but not limited\n\nto, all or some part of placement services, medical care and mental\n\nhealth services of a child, as authorized by law;\n\n2. Reimburse any law enforcement agency, in whole or in part,\n\nfor any costs or expenses incurred by the law enforcement agency for\n\nprotective custody services or other authorized actions taken\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Children's Code; and\n\n3. Reimburse the court fund, in whole or in part, for any\n\ndisbursements made from the court fund in conjunction with the case,\n\nincluding, but not limited to, court-appointed attorney fees, expert\n\nwitness fees, sheriff's fees, witness fees, transcripts and postage.\n\nB.
