Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-4-907","heading":"Vesting authority to consent to adoption","body":"If the court terminates the rights of a parent and places the\n\nchild with an individual or agency, the court may vest in such\n\nindividual or agency authority to consent to the adoption of the\n\nchild.
