The Department of Human Services and the Office of Juvenile\n\nAffairs shall be responsible for the completion of and costs of the\n\nfoster parent eligibility assessment and any national criminal\n\nhistory records search based upon submission of fingerprints,\n\npreparation of a treatment and service plan, and a medical\n\nexamination only for the children placed in the custody of the state\n\nagency. The state agency may provide for reimbursement of such\n\nexpenses, costs, and charges so incurred pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nChildren’s Code or the Oklahoma Juvenile Code, as applicable.\n\nB.
