Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-8-106","heading":"Applicability of the Oklahoma Minor Identification","body":"Act.\n\nIf a child is reported to a law enforcement agency as a missing\n\nchild, or a custodial parent, legal guardian or legal custodian of a\n\nchild requests the issuance of a fingerprint card, the provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma Minor Identification Act shall apply.
