The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth shall provide\n\nfor the creation and maintenance of a secure database to be utilized\n\nby freestanding multidisciplinary child abuse teams during case\n\nreview.\n\nB. The database shall be used to collect case information and\n\nshall maintain strict security of all information. The database and\n\nits use shall be subject to the confidential records requirements\n\nestablished pursuant to Sections 1-6-102 and 1-6-107 of this title\n\nand penalties for violations established pursuant to Section 1-6-107\n\nof this title.\n\nC. The purpose of the database shall include, but not be\n\nlimited to:\n\n1. Facilitating case management;\n\n2. Providing for appropriate and uniform collection and\n\nreporting of case information by all freestanding multidisciplinary\n\nchild abuse teams;\n\n3. Enabling Commission staff to conduct programmatic\n\nevaluations; and\n\n4. Identifying trends to make recommendations for improving the\n\nchildren and youth service system.\n\nD.
