There is hereby created in the Department of Human\n\nServices a revolving fund to be designated the \"Child Abuse\n\nMultidisciplinary Account\".\n\n2. The account shall be a continuing fund, not subject to\n\nfiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by\n\nthe Department pursuant to the provisions of this section and\n\nSection 1-9-104 of this title.\n\n3. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Department\n\nfor the purposes provided in Sections 1-9-102 and 1-9-104 of this\n\ntitle.\n\n4. Expenditures from the account shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB. The account shall be administered by the Department for the\n\nbenefit of children of Oklahoma and made available to eligible:\n\n1. Coordinated multidisciplinary child abuse teams;\n\n2. Nonurban child advocacy centers;\n\n3. Mid-level nonurban child advocacy centers; and\n\n4. Urban child advocacy centers.\n\nC. 1. The Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Account shall consist\n\nof:\n\na. all monies received by the Department pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1-9-104 of this title,\n\nb. interest attributable to investment of money in the\n\nAccount, and\n\nc. money received by the Department in the form of gifts,\n\ngrants, reimbursements, or from any other source\n\nintended to be used for the purposes specified or\n\ncollected pursuant to the provisions of this section\n\nand Section 1-9-102 of this title.\n\n2. The monies deposited in the Child Abuse Multidisciplinary\n\nAccount shall at no time become monies of the state and shall not\n\nbecome part of the general budget of the Department or any other\n\nstate agency.
