Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-9-103a","heading":"Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team Account (CAMTA)","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth to be designated\n\nthe \"Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team Account (CAMTA) Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nCommission from any source as specified in paragraph 1 of subsection\n\nB of Section 3 of this act. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Commission for the purposes of contracting with eligible\n\nfreestanding multidisciplinary child abuse teams.
