The Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team Account (CAMTA) Fund\n\nshall be administered by the Oklahoma Commission on Children and\n\nYouth for the benefit of children of Oklahoma and made available to\n\neligible freestanding multidisciplinary child abuse teams.\n\nB. 1. The fund shall consist of:\n\na. all monies received by the Commission from state\n\nappropriations made for the purposes of contracting\n\nwith eligible freestanding multidisciplinary child\n\nabuse teams,\n\nb. interest attributable to investment of money in the\n\nfund,\n\nc. money received by the Commission in the form of gifts,\n\ngrants, reimbursements or from any other source\n\nintended to be used for the purposes of contracting\n\nwith eligible freestanding multidisciplinary child\n\nabuse teams, and\n\nd. money received from the Child Abuse Multidisciplinary\n\nAccount (CAMA) as established in Section 1-9-104 of\n\nTitle 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n2. The monies deposited in the fund shall at no time become\n\nmonies of the state and shall not become part of the general budget\n\nof the Commission or any other state agency.
