Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-9-109","heading":"Performance-based incentive compensation program for","body":"child welfare specialists.\n\nThe Department of Human Services shall maintain a performance-\n\nbased incentive compensation program for employees exclusively\n\nworking as child welfare specialists. All full-time child welfare\n\nspecialists shall be eligible to participate in the performance-\n\nbased incentive compensation program. Eligibility factors shall\n\ninclude, but not be limited to, child welfare specialists who have\n\nmet or exceeded the suggested federal child welfare outcomes,\n\nreceived \"exceeds standards\" employee evaluations, as defined by the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services, completed Department-\n\nsponsored field training, and obtained an advanced higher education\n\ndegree in social work or closely related field.
