Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-9-116.1","heading":"Liability of foster parent","body":"A foster parent who is acting in good faith and pursuant to the\n\nreasonable and prudent parent standard shall not be liable for\n\nproperty damage or injuries caused by the child or injuries to the\n\nchild placed in his or her care when the child engages in\n\nappropriate activities and such damage or injuries result from the\n\ninherent risks typically associated with such activities.
