Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-9-124","heading":"Zero to Three Court Program","body":"District courts of this state are hereby authorized to establish\n\na \"Zero to Three Court Program\", which may be established by a judge\n\nwith jurisdiction over juvenile court matters with the goals of\n\nreducing time to permanency of children thirty-six (36) months of\n\nage or younger by surrounding at-risk families with support\n\nservices, reducing incidences of repeat maltreatment among children\n\nthirty-six (36) months of age or younger, and promoting effective\n\ninteraction and the use of resources among both public and private,\n\nstate and local, child and family services agencies; state and local\n\nmental health agencies; and community agencies.
