All statutes hereinafter enacted and codified in Article 2\n\nof Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be considered and deemed\n\npart of the Oklahoma Juvenile Code.\n\nC. Chapter captions are part of the Oklahoma Juvenile Code, but\n\nshall not be deemed to govern, limit or in any manner affect the\n\nscope, meaning or intent of the provisions of any article or part of\n\nthis Code.\n\nD.
