An evaluation ordered by the court shall be conducted by a\n\ncredentialed forensic evaluator.\n\n1. A credentialed forensic evaluator shall demonstrate\n\neducation or training in the following areas as necessary for the\n\nfocus of the evaluation ordered by the court:\n\na. forensic evaluation procedures for juveniles,\n\nincluding accepted criteria used in evaluating\n\ncompetency,\n\nb. evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of children and\n\nadolescents with developmental disability,\n\ndevelopmental immaturity, intellectual disability, or\n\nmental illness,\n\nc. clinical understanding of child and adolescent\n\ndevelopment, and\n\nd. familiarity with competency standards in this state.\n\n2. The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth shall\n\nestablish procedures for ensuring the training and qualifications of\n\nindividuals approved to conduct juvenile competency evaluations.\n\nThe Commission shall provide a list of credentialed forensic\n\nevaluators to the Administrative Office of the Courts.\n\nB.
