Any interested party aggrieved by any order or decree may\n\nappeal to the Court of Criminal Appeals in the same manner as other\n\nappeals are taken to the Court of Criminal Appeals of this state.\n\nB. The record on appeal of an order of adjudication or of an\n\norder certifying or denying certification of a juvenile to stand\n\ntrial as an adult shall be completed and the appeal perfected within\n\nsixty (60) days after the date of the order.\n\nC. The pendency of an appeal thus taken shall not suspend the\n\norder of the district court regarding a child, nor shall it\n\ndischarge the child from the custody of that court or of the person,\n\ninstitution or agency to whose care such child has been committed,\n\nunless the Court of Criminal Appeals shall so order. The pendency\n\nof an appeal from an order of adjudication shall not prevent the\n\ndistrict court from holding a dispositional hearing unless the\n\nappellate court shall so order. The pendency of an appeal from an\n\norder certifying a juvenile to stand trial as an adult shall not\n\nprevent the commencement of criminal proceedings against the\n\njuvenile unless stayed by the judge who issued the order of\n\ncertification or by the appellate court. If the Court of Criminal\n\nAppeals does not dismiss the proceedings and discharge the child, it\n\nshall affirm or modify the order of the district court and remand\n\nthe child to the jurisdiction of that court for supervision and\n\ncare; and thereafter the child shall be and remain under the\n\njurisdiction of the district court in the same manner as if such\n\ncourt had made such order without an appeal having been taken.\n\nD.
