The Office of Juvenile Affairs may provide for the care of a\n\nchild who is in the custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs and\n\nfound by a court to be a minor in need of treatment pursuant to the\n\nInpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment of Minors Act.\n\nB. In providing for the outpatient behavioral health care and\n\nthe treatment of children in its custody, the Office of Juvenile\n\nAffairs shall utilize to the maximum extent possible and appropriate\n\nthe services available through:\n\n1. The guidance centers operated by the State Department of\n\nHealth; and\n\n2. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices;\n\n3. The Department of Human Services; and\n\n4.
