The director or assistants to the director may arrest\n\nwithout a warrant a probationer, parolee or any person who is a\n\ntemporary or permanent ward of the court, or may deputize any other\n\nofficer or person with power of arrest by giving such officer or\n\nperson a written statement setting forth that a probationer, parolee\n\nor ward of the court has in the judgment of the director or\n\nassistants violated the conditions of probation.\n\nB.
