Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-4-110","heading":"Appointment of personnel for Juvenile Docket of","body":"district court.\n\nThe provisions of this article shall govern the appointment of\n\nall personnel for the Juvenile Docket of the district court in any\n\ncounty referred to in Section 2-4-101 of this title. Provided,\n\nemployees now holding positions in a Juvenile or Children's Court\n\nshall remain in similar positions in the juvenile bureau until such\n\ntime as the judge of the Juvenile Division, subject to the general\n\nadministrative authority of the Presiding Judge of the Judicial\n\nAdministrative District, shall otherwise direct, and any balances in\n\nappropriations for the maintenance and operation of the\n\nadministrative personnel and organization under a Juvenile Court Act\n\nor Children's Court Act shall continue to be appropriated and shall\n\nbe used for the operation of the juvenile bureau in the performance\n\nof duties set forth in this article.","path":["OK Code","Title 10A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e20530654ca9b21d3ae439d829352fc3a1ed2a5b866e59000d22a8456323b3c9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10a-10a-2-4-109","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10a-10a-2-5-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
