Social records, as defined by Section 93 of this act,\n\nshall not be filed in the court record unless so ordered by the\n\ncourt. If filed in the court record, the records shall be placed in\n\nconfidential envelopes in the court file and may only be accessed by\n\nthe person who is the subject of the record, or the attorney for\n\nsuch person.\n\n2. The person or the attorney for the person may obtain a copy\n\nof any social record used during the pendency of the delinquent\n\nproceedings that has been distributed to any of the parties during\n\nthe proceedings.\n\nB.
