In accordance with the Juvenile Offender Tracking Program\n\nand Section 620.6 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the\n\nconfidential records listed in subsection A of Section 2-6-102 of\n\nthis title may be inspected and their contents disclosed without a\n\ncourt order to:\n\n1. Participating agencies;\n\n2. The following, provided that the inspection of records and\n\ndisclosure authorized by this paragraph may be limited to summaries\n\nor to information directly necessary for the purpose of such\n\ninspection or disclosure:\n\na. pursuant to the provisions of this title, a person,\n\nagency, hospital or clinic authorized or directed by\n\nthe court or by the Office of Juvenile Affairs to care\n\nfor, treat, examine, evaluate or supervise a child or\n\nto treat, examine or evaluate the parent, legal\n\nguardian or other adult person living in the home of\n\nthe child,\n\nb. a legally recognized school that is not a\n\nparticipating agency in which the child who is the\n\nsubject of the record is currently enrolled, and\n\nc. individuals or agencies engaged in legitimate research\n\nfor educational, scientific or public purposes or for\n\nthe purpose of an audit authorized by law. No\n\ninformation identifying the subjects of the records\n\nshall be made available or disclosed unless it is\n\nessential to the research or audit purpose.\n\nB. Records and their contents disclosed without an order of the\n\ncourt as provided by this section shall remain confidential. The\n\nuse of any information shall be limited to the purposes for which\n\ndisclosure is authorized. It shall be unlawful for any person to\n\nfurnish any confidential record or disclose any confidential\n\ninformation contained in any juvenile record for commercial,\n\npolitical or any other unauthorized purpose.
