Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-6-110","heading":"Procedures for providing certain records to sheriffs","body":"- Confidentiality.\n\nThe Office of Juvenile Affairs shall, in cooperation with\n\nsheriffs in this state, develop procedures for providing timely and\n\nrelevant information to sheriffs concerning juvenile court records\n\nand agency records of persons who have met the criteria specified in\n\nparagraph 4 of subsection C of Section 2-6-102 of this title. The\n\nprocedures shall be designed to provide the type of information\n\nuseful and relevant to establishing security level requirements for\n\npersons in the custody of a sheriff.
