Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-7-203","heading":"Agreement with Supreme Court","body":"The Office of Juvenile Affairs and the Department of Human\n\nServices shall enter into an agreement with the State Supreme Court\n\nacceptable to that Court in its capacity as the constitutional\n\nmanager of the State Court System:\n\n1. To develop and recommend educational programs for judges\n\nwhose docket responsibilities include cases involving the care,\n\ncustody, guardianship, or support of children, for persons who\n\nprovide services to children within the jurisdiction of the courts,\n\nand for attorneys who practice before courts with such jurisdiction;\n\n2. To identify areas in which improvements may be made in the\n\nadministration and procedures of the courts and to make appropriate\n\nrecommendations; and\n\n3.
