Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-7-204","heading":"Employee's personal property damaged or destroyed by","body":"juvenile in custody - Repair or replacement.\n\nThe Office of Juvenile Affairs is authorized to repair or\n\nreplace the personal property of an employee if the personal\n\nproperty is damaged or destroyed by a juvenile who is in the custody\n\nof the Office of Juvenile Affairs while the employee is engaged in\n\nthe performance of official duties for the Office of Juvenile\n\nAffairs.
