The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall implement an agency-\n\nwide management information system for all programs and services of\n\nthe Office of Juvenile Affairs related to children, youth and\n\nfamilies.\n\nB. The management information system shall:\n\n1. To the maximum extent possible, be based upon the\n\nintegration, utilization and modification, as necessary, of existing\n\ninformation systems within the Office of Juvenile Affairs;\n\n2. Provide for the security of and limited access to the\n\ninformation;\n\n3. Include case-specific information, including outcomes, and\n\nhave the ability to monitor the status of children and youth\n\nreceiving services through the Office of Juvenile Affairs;\n\n4. Be capable of providing management reports and information\n\nregarding the various children and youth programs of the Office of\n\nJuvenile Affairs, and of providing aggregate information necessary\n\nfor planning, monitoring and evaluation of said programs and\n\nservices; and\n\n5. Be designed so that management and analytical reports can be\n\nreadily generated for those who require them.\n\nC. 1. The management information system implemented by the\n\nOffice of Juvenile Affairs shall be integrated with the child\n\nwelfare management information system implemented by the Department\n\nof Human Services and to the extent possible with the Juvenile\n\nJustice Information System.\n\n2.
