Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-7-311","heading":"Annual review of programs and services and","body":"implementation of Youthful Offender Act - Reports.\n\nA. The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall from time to time, but\n\nnot less often than annually, review its programs and services and\n\nsubmit a report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the\n\nSupreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, the Board of Juvenile\n\nAffairs, and the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth analyzing\n\nand evaluating the effectiveness of its programs and services. The\n\nreport shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. An analysis and evaluation of programs and services\n\ncontinued, established and discontinued during the period covered by\n\nthe report;\n\n2. A description of programs and services which should be\n\nimplemented;\n\n3. Relevant information concerning the number of children\n\ncomprising the population of any facility operated by the Office of\n\nJuvenile Affairs during the period covered by the report;\n\n4. An analysis and evaluation, by age, of the number of\n\nchildren assessed for literacy skills, the number who failed to\n\ndemonstrate age-appropriate reading skills, and the number who were\n\nrequired to participate in a literacy skills improvement program;\n\nand\n\n5. Such other information as will enable a user of the report\n\nto ascertain the effectiveness of the programs, services and\n\nfacilities.\n\nB. The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall annually analyze and\n\nevaluate the implementation of the Youthful Offender Act, the\n\neffectiveness of the Youthful Offender Act and any problems which\n\nhave occurred which have limited the effectiveness of the Youthful\n\nOffender Act.
