The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall enter into a written\n\ncontract with the foster care placement provider. The contract\n\nshall provide, at a minimum:\n\n1. That the Office of Juvenile Affairs shall have access at all\n\ntimes to the child and to the foster placement;\n\n2. A listing of any specific requirements, specific duties or\n\nrestrictions in providing foster care services;\n\n3. That any foster child shall have access to and be accessible\n\nby any court-appointed special advocate for the foster child and the\n\nfoster child's attorney;\n\n4. That any foster care placement provider shall comply with\n\nperformance standards required pursuant to the Oklahoma Child Care\n\nFacilities Licensing Act and rules promulgated by the Board of\n\nJuvenile Affairs;\n\n5. Information regarding the amount of payment to be made for\n\nfoster care services, including but not limited to a description of\n\nthe process involved in receiving payment, including projected time\n\nframes, information related to reimbursements for eligible costs and\n\nexpenses for which the foster parent may be reimbursed and any\n\ninformation concerning the accessibility and availability of funds\n\nfor foster parents;\n\n6. Except as provided in this section, the Office of Juvenile\n\nAffairs may remove a child in its custody from a foster placement\n\nwhenever the agency determines that removal is in the best interests\n\nof the child or consistent with the state's interest in the\n\nprotection of the public; and\n\n7. Such other information required by the Office of Juvenile\n\nAffairs.\n\nB. The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall provide the following\n\ninformation to the foster parent at the time of placement, along\n\nwith a copy of the written contract required pursuant to subsection\n\nA of this section:\n\n1. The names and telephone numbers of the child's caseworkers;\n\n2. A copy of applicable policy and procedures of the Office of\n\nJuvenile Affairs as pertaining to placement operations as\n\nestablished by the Office of Juvenile Affairs;\n\n3. The name and telephone number of any foster parent\n\nassociation in the county of residence of the foster parent; and\n\n4.
