There is hereby created the Juvenile Offender Tracking\n\nProgram for the purpose of:\n\n1. Establishing an accurate and accessible data base with\n\ninformation on juvenile offenders readily available to law\n\nenforcement agencies, juvenile court personnel, district attorneys,\n\nand others who require such information; and\n\n2. Enhancing community control of crime through information\n\nsharing regarding juvenile offenders that can be used by patrol\n\nofficers and criminal investigators for the early identification of\n\noffenders and assist in the reduction of crime.\n\nB.
