Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-7-902","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Juvenile Code:\n\n1. \"Agencies and programs comprising the juvenile justice\n\nsystem\" means:\n\na. the courts, the District Attorneys Council and offices\n\nof the district attorneys, state and local law\n\nenforcement agencies, juvenile bureaus, the Department\n\nof Human Services, the Office of Juvenile Affairs, the\n\nOklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, the\n\nDepartment of Corrections, the Oklahoma State Bureau\n\nof Investigation, any other state agency responsible\n\nfor the care, custody or supervision of youth alleged\n\nor adjudicated to be delinquent, and\n\nb. to the extent that they are responsible for the\n\nprovision of services to youth alleged or adjudicated\n\nto be delinquent, including but not limited to\n\neducational, treatment or residential services, local\n\nschool districts and technology center schools and\n\nother public and private agencies not otherwise\n\nspecifically included in subparagraph a of this\n\nparagraph, comprising the \"children and youth service\n\nsystem\" as defined by Section 600 of Title 10 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. \"Juvenile court personnel\" means those persons responsible\n\nfor juvenile court intake, probation and parole supervision and\n\nservices to youth alleged or adjudicated to be delinquent;\n\n3. \"Juvenile Justice Information System\" means the automated\n\ninformation system established by Section 2-7-905 of this title;\n\n4. \"Juvenile offender\" means a delinquent child or juvenile as\n\ndefined by Section 2-1-103 of this title; and\n\n5. “Juvenile Offender Tracking Program\" means the program of\n\ninformation, information sharing and case tracking established by\n\nSection 2-7-903 of this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 10A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os10A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"660e70569f5121b42b65694846e271aefb4ff8b0c5e132fa027d1e1b175d0337","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10a-10a-2-7-901","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-10a-10a-2-7-903"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
