Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-7-904","heading":"Implementation of Program - Duties of state and local","body":"agencies.\n\nFor the purpose of achieving full implementation of the Juvenile\n\nOffender Tracking Program, the Office of Juvenile Affairs, the\n\njuvenile bureaus, the District Attorney's Council, the Oklahoma\n\nState Supreme Court as authorized and directed by Section 2-7-203 of\n\nthis title and Section 23 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the\n\nOklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, the Oklahoma State Bureau\n\nof Investigation, local law enforcement agencies, and other agencies\n\ncomprising the juvenile justice system shall:\n\n1. Develop and implement the Juvenile Offender Tracking\n\nProgram;\n\n2. Develop and implement the Juvenile Justice Information\n\nSystem;\n\n3. Adopt rules, policies, procedures, standards, protocols and\n\nguidelines, as appropriate, for the development and implementation\n\nof the Juvenile Offender Tracking Program and the Juvenile Justice\n\nInformation System; and\n\n4.
