Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-8-102","heading":"Juvenile sex offender defined","body":"As used in this act, “juvenile sex offender” means a person who\n\nwas not less than fourteen (14) years of age but who was less than\n\neighteen (18) years of age at the time the qualifying sex offense\n\nwas committed and who:\n\n1. On or after July 1, 2001, was adjudicated delinquent or a\n\nyouthful offender for an action that would be an offense provided in\n\nSection 888, 1111, 1111.1, 1114 or 1115 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, if committed by an adult;\n\n2. As of July 1, 2001, is serving formal probation or\n\ncommitment to the custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs as the\n\nresult of adjudication for an action that would be an offense\n\nprovided in Section 888, 1111, 1111.1, 1114 or 1115 of Title 21 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, if committed by an adult;\n\n3. Was adjudicated delinquent in another state for an action\n\nthat is substantially equivalent to an offense provided in Section\n\n888, 1111, 1111.1, 1114 or 1115 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, and is subject on or after July 1, 2001, to court\n\njurisdiction in this state pursuant to the Interstate Compact on\n\nJuveniles; or\n\n4.
