Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-8-105","heading":"Juvenile sex offenders ordered to probation -","body":"Notification of duty to register.\n\nOn or after July 1, 2001, when the court orders a juvenile sex\n\noffender to register on the juvenile sex offender registry as\n\nprovided in Section 2-8-104 of this title, the court shall provide\n\nat the time of the order written notification of the duty to\n\nregister. The written notification shall be a form provided by the\n\nOffice of Juvenile Affairs and shall be signed by the juvenile and a\n\nparent or guardian who has custody and control of the juvenile.
