A juvenile sex offender who fails to register or provide\n\nnotification of a change of name or address is guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor.\n\nB. A parent or guardian who has custody and control of a\n\njuvenile sex offender commits a misdemeanor offense of failure to\n\nsupervise a child if the juvenile offender fails to register or\n\nprovide notification of a change of name or address as required by\n\nthis act.
