The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall be required to provide\n\nannual training for all Office employees, contractors, and\n\nvolunteers on the prevention, identification, and reporting of\n\nsexual misconduct and coercive relationships between staff and\n\njuveniles. Such training shall also be provided to employees,\n\ncontractors, and volunteers of county facilities where juveniles are\n\ndetained.\n\nB.
